Want Your Shop to be Critiqued?

This is an updated version with some minor edits done to it. After about a week posted up as a "Sticky Blog" it will be removed as a sticky and you will have to follow the "Get your shop critiqued!" link on the sidebar of posted blogs!

Once your form has been received your shop will be added to the critique schedule.
New critiques are posted every Sunday and Wednesday night.

General Guidelines

All critiques will be a public discussion, these are not only going to help the seller but all members as well. All replies are currently limited to members only.

1. If you put your name down to request a shop critique, we ask that you would be open to taking part in offering critique to other people.

2. That said, personal attacks and disrespectful comments towards another member and about there work, will result the person being barred from the group.

3. Critique includes BOTH the strong and the weak points. Please be sure to share what you feel the seller has done successfully, as this is equally valuable (be honest, and modest ). Beginning your critique comments with the positive is also a helpful way to make the critiqued feel more comfortable.

4. It is most helpful to the critiqued to hear not only what you feel needs improvement, but HOW that can be improved. Whenever possible, please include suggestions for resolving the perceived weak area or problem. Or at least offer "I don't know exactly what to suggest you do, but..."

5. Please keep in mind that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and aesthetic preferences differ greatly. We are not here to critique the creative style of the seller's work (unless specifically requested), but rather how they are presenting that work.
